SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All Lazy ST Leather products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time — we'll notify you if so.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email/phone]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
